Polyester is the simplest technology in all of synthesis fiber, it has most cheap price.But it has many advantages.Such as:
1, High strength, polyester short fiber has strength in 2.6-5.7cN/dtex, long fiber has strength in 5.6-8.0 cN/dtex. It is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than rayon.
2, Enough elastane, almost similar as wool, it also has good crease resistance and measurement stability.strong enough to use.
3, Good heat resistance, polyester is a type of heat fiber, has high melting point. So it is the highest heat resistance and adiabaticity.
4, Good thermoplastic, polyester has very smooth out face,it is the best fabric choice for pleated skirt, polyester fabric has perfect pucker effect.
5, Good abrasive resistance, polyester has good abrasive resistance better than all of Natural Fiber ,but less than Nylon.
6, Good light resistance, Polyester fabric always has good light resistance, better than fabric with natural fiber, similar as acrylic fabric.
7,Good corrosion resistance, people can use decolorizer, oxidizing agent to wash. It also has good UV resistance.
