1.2 Test methods The test contents in this test are carried out in the weft direction of the fabric, unless otherwise specified. The test samples were tested in a constant temperature and humidity chamber [temperature (20 ± 2) ° C, relative humidity 65% ​​± 3%] for 24 h.
1.2.1 Alkali cold-rolled pile scouring selection of NaOH concentration 50, 100, 150, 200, 250g / L, padding (with liquid rate of 100%), then put into a sealed plastic bag, stacked at room temperature 25 ° C l2 or 24h. Rinse with warm water and cold water after stacking.
1.2.2 Heat setting The heat treatment is carried out by a batch heat setting machine. The stretching ratio is 2.5% or 5% when the shape is stretched. When the hot air shrinks, the fabric to be treated is placed on the guide belt without tension and enters the heat. The setting machine is hot air treated. The heat setting temperature was 130, 150, 170, 190, 210 ° C; the heat setting time was 60 s.
1.2.3 Weight loss test The mass change before and after alkali treatment indicates the degree of mass reduction of polyester after alkali treatment.
